Hey everyone! It was a quieter week here as we took this past Tuesday off following Labor Day weekend. But no worries — we’re back this coming Tuesday with a brand-new Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge theme!
In the meantime, here’s something to look forward to over the weekend — on Sunday night, another New Moon movie trailer will be shown during the MTV VMAs. Here’s a very fancy countdown widget that does amazing things!
1. It counts down to the star of the Video Music Awards this Sunday (9 p.m. ET — don’t be late!)
2. As soon as the brand-spanking new exclusive extended "New Moon" trailer airs during the awards, it will morph (much like Jacob does into a werewolf) into a video player showing — wait for it! — the trailer itself! (text from MTV)

It’s been a pretty quiet week in the Twilight world. The cast and crew are all up in Vancouver and Eclipse has started filming. And that’s about all the news on that. It’s so quiet now, waiting for the New Moon promotional craze to begin.

This is a BIG day for New Moon stuff! You all may know that a full-length New Moon trailer is being shown in theaters, starting today, before the movie Bandslam. I think that this video might be it! This is pretty much the only video around right now, and there is something wrong with the sound at the beginning. But trust – you’re gonna want to see this! I will update if a better video surfaces soon. In the meantime, CLICK BELOW!!
And Kristen and Taylor are on the cover of today’s issue of Entertainment Weekly. They both look great – but OME, I’m missing Rob already….

Weird happenings in the Twilight world….by now you all have probably heard about the recasting of the role of Victoria in Eclipse. I barely know what to say beyond that. A strange decision, I think. Meet our new Victoria, Bryce Dallas Howard.
And Wide Awake fans….the countdown is ON. The final chapter (chapter 52, Feel-Good Fortune Cookies) was tentatively due to be posted yesterday, so I imagine it’s coming any time now. I don’t know whether to be happy or sad – I’m leaning towards sad. But I do wish for a happy ending for WA-Edward and WA-Bella, and that chapter title is giving me hope. An epilogue to the story is due to be posted on August 5th.
Stay tuned for next week, when we’ll lots of stuff coming up – a new sketch challenge, a new Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge, and that is just the first couple days of the week!
