Twilight Challenge :#61 – A Touchy Feely Vampire Valentine
With Valentines day fast approaching and everybody in a lovey dovey, touchy feely kinda mood, I thought the most obvious thing I could challenge you all to is to create a Valentine’s day card for your favourite Twilight Saga character *sigh*…Rob…I mean…Edward….What?? A girl can dream can’t she??!! …But then I thought….Nar, too easy!
So this is what I would like you to do….
Craft Portion: Make a VALENTINE’S card/project for your favourite character or for YOUR valentine… but…. with texture!! That’s right I want you to add things like lace, raised embossing, distressed edges, fuzzy fibres, metal, cloth, cracked glass, leather, flower soft, sandpaper, anything that adds texture!
Comment Portion: Tell us your favourite Valentine’s story…Or if you haven’t got one, Tell us who you would like to snuggle up on Valentine’s day with from the Twilight Saga..

I love this Challenge. This is the second Twilight Valentine! YEAH!
My favorite V-day story is about my hubby before we got married. I love to embrace him by telling this story. Before we were married, lived together or either of us had an Apartment he gave me a waffle iron for Valentines. It was cute, It was mickey mouse but very UN Romantic! I love this story because he is such a good gift giver now. In fact last V-day we got each other the same gift~Movie Night.
P.S. We snuggle up and Watch the Twilight movies together and some times he read the Saga books to me. He is my “Hank-ward” Cullen.

What a cool challenge blog! Glad I found this! Here is my card for the challenge: http://scrappintrackside.blogspot.com/2010/02/keepin-busy-on-sad-weekend.html and my fav VDay story….i dunno….i don’t have a good recent one! but way back when….like…18 year ago….my boyfriend actually had flowers delievered to me….it was the first time that ever happened, and honestly, it hasn’t happened since! My husband isn’t too good with the flowers…lol. Probably why I wish Edward was my valentine! haha!!! thanks for the inspiration!
