I’m so sorry to be posting this late. Tonight is Back to School Night at the school I teach at and I’ve been frantically chasing my tail trying to get ready for that… so now that stuff is done here is this weeks fan-fic rec. 
The standard disclaimer: If you haven’t read Twilight – WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU??? If you haven’t finished the series then skip this chatter because we might spoil something for you and we definitely don’t want to do that.
This Week’s Story:
Femme Docs and Kevlar Knights by A Cullen Wannabe
The Premise:
Bella is a first yr medical intern who was raised by her brother Emmett and his friends after their parents died when she was 16. When a night in the ER turns dangerous can her boys, now members of the best SWAT team in Chicago save her?. ~A Cullen Wannabe
The Verdict:
I am loving this premise. Edward is a playa with a capital P. Emmett is awesome… I love the way she writes him as a big brother figure without making him into the air head some stories make him into. Bella is strong and smart. Alice and Jasper are perfect.
The cat and mouse game between Bella and Edward will keep you flipping chapters as fast as you can and then the action picks up and you won’t be able to put it down.
A really good solid story. Read and then drop me a line over at the forum or here to tell me how you liked it.

Holy Mackerel on Whole Wheat toast! I’m so honored you rec’d me! I was reading in some ff where the author talked about googling her story and seeing if there were any hits and she found out she had been blogged about and then I figure what the hey and I find this rec!
