Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge #14

Hello All-
Week 14 is Eve’s week.Â And here I am! Â I picked my favorite part from the movie.Â The Baseball scene.Â So this week’s challenge is to create something related to Twilight &…………….

Baseball

Comment Portion:
Who was your favorite player in the baseball game in the movie? Why? Will you ever listen to thunder and lightning and not think of this scene?

Craft Portion:
Create any craft project using BASEBALL as your inspiration.

My favorite part was the timing of the music to Alice throwing up her leg- and Rosalie hitting the ball and running.Â It was a great scene that I felt was made more important in the movie- and they really did a great job with it!

Another great TTIC, Thanks Eve. I really loved the baseball scene too, what I think I loved most (well besides Edward)- Super Massive Black Hole, it was the perfect music/score choice. Oh, and I loved Jasper’s bat twirling, this scene is the one time in the movie he seems relaxed and enjoying himself. YAY Jasper! I’ll be back later in the week to post my craft project.

Maureen I totally agree. The music choice for that scene was brilliant. When I bought the sound track I wondered how that song would be used and it was perfect!

I LOVE the baseball scene, and the music as well, it’s one of my favs on the soundtrack. Jasper’s bat twirl is also my fav! Maureen and Eve- great minds think alike!

Loved Jasper playing baseball in the movie. Despite the creepy bug eyed look he had most of the time – disappointed they didn’t dooo better with him – but at least the baseball scene partly makes up for that.

I had to play Muse today while blurfing just to get the full Jasper/baseball experience!

Supermassive Black Hole — what a song, right? The song goes through my head so often…that whispery “supermassive black hooooooooole….” part in particular!

Hmmmm…my favorite player in the baseball game was Alice…I loved the way she threw her leg and was just so “spunky” about it. The song they play in that scene is so perfect and the scene is just SO energizing, and I loved the way that “the boys” would crash into each other, climb trees, leap in the air, etc. (can you tell I’m a “boy-mom” and I grew up with two brothers and all their roudy friends…). And I love the part when Bella HAS to call Rosalie “OUT”, and she gives the evil eye, then Carlise saying “nice kitty” (or something like that) – too funny! Oh…sorry, was I only supposed to answer one question…(lol)?!?!?

After seeing the movie I think the MUSIC made all the difference!! Who’s with me? Anyway, I thought it was really cool that they ALL came together as family in that part. Great job. tnx
